SENS SIMPLEX NETWORK

GROUND NETWORK

The ground network consists of satellite ground stations, SENS Appliqués, a back office server, the Internet and/or VPN, and the AssetView data portal.

CMDC's SENS Appliqués are currently installed in 10 satellite ground stations. Therefore, these 10 globally distributed ground stations are able to receive SENS Data messages.

The SENS Appliqué is the decoding equipment built by CMDC. It receives signals coming from the satellites, digitizes them, and searches for the presence of packets. It then demodulates and forwards the packets to the back office server.

The back office server filters out any redundant messages and passes the remaining data to the AssetView data portal. AssetView forwards the data to user-designated locations while simultaneously displaying it.

DATA SECURITY
The SENS Data Communications system uses CMDC's patented spread spectrum technology CPDMA. The proprietary code is spectrally invisible and extremely secure and difficult to compromise.
